Today I didn’t feel like working out alone, so I talked my 13 year old son into working out. Here’s what we did.
Walked 1/2 mile to the local high school track
Stretched for about 10 minutes
Ran a mile; his was an 8 min mile and mine was 9…crushing:(
Walked 2 laps
Ran both sets of bleachers
Walked 2 more laps
Walked 1/2 miles home
It was a little over 3 miles in all:-)
